Group Fitness Classes
I currently teach regular Group Fitness Classes each week in the Cardiff and Vale of Glamorgan area:
If you would like to drop into a Group Fitness Class just email, text me or call the centre to book. Spaces are often available.
Pilates beginners, intermediate and advanced courses are available to groups. Currently availble to drop into Wednesday and Monday lunchtimes.

Outdoor
To small groups, I offer group Circuit Training and Pramfit sessions (for mums & babies) in local parks using portable equipment and eco-furniture (benches, trees etc). Contact me for further information.
