Personal Training

During an initial consultation, we will discuss your health & fitness needs and goals, and may include fitness and lifestyle analysis. From here I will be able to plan a comprehensive bespoke program with you to achieve your goals.

Training can take many forms, from gym programs, 1-2-1 coaching in the gym, your home and even your workplace, with support, nutritional guidance and personal Yoga & Pilates instruction.

Assessment

I will use the most suitable and contemporary fitness & wellness tests to assess your progress and keep you motivated! For many clients, I offer monthly weigh-in, body composition test and body measurements to give a true picture of results they've achieved. The training is entirely unique to each client so only the most suitable assessments will be applied.

Nutritional Analysis

We all need a little help when it comes to healthy eating. Using food diaries, I will gain an understanding of your current diet and give you a step by step personal plan to improve the structure and content of your meals.

Eating a nutritious, well-balanced & filling diet is an essential basis of a strong and healthy body. I will cut through the jargon and often misleading information out there...self-denial and fad diets are not necessary!
