Yoga Instruction
Whether you want to improve your fitness, flexibility, posture or seek more balance and understanding of your body and mind, Yoga works on many levels to enhance your life, releasing stress and tension in the process. Available 1-2-1, as a drop in class and as a beginer, intermediate or advanced course.
Pilates Instruction
Pilates strengthens and rehabilitates and is often prescribed by doctors, physios & chiropractors after injury, and is promoted for injury prevention. By developing and balancing the deep essential muscles in the trunk, it strengthens the core area which protects the spine and develops awsome abdominals.
Pilates matwork will develop an awareness of good posture and counteract any imbalances and weakness brought about by bad habits and daily life. Available 1-2-1, as a drop-in class and as a beginner, intermediate or advanced course.
Courses
Pilates, Yoga and Yogalates 4-6 week courses are a great way to be introduced to the diciplines and are available to groups upon request. Currently courses are being held on Monday lunchtimes at Vitality Health & Fitness, Cardiff. Please Contact me for information
